At Medical Mart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the products are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Medical Mart account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box or a similar protective container, ensuring the invoice or return slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
